What kind of information is being collected?

After creating a secure account, you will be asked to complete a few questionnaires regarding:

  • The impact the eating disorder has on your family
  • What meal times are like at home
  • Demographic information
  • What types of services your child is receiving
  • Your satisfaction with the website and its content

You will complete all questionnaires and view all modules at a location of your choice, ideally in a private area such as at home.
